something i read on someone's blog made me sit up and frown.
why do christians always think of 'saving' the rest of the non-christian world???? Why do they think that us being non-christians need to be converted and salvaged from hell.. That is the most ethnocentric perspective i've heard.
Missionaries feel the need to "set afoot" on other religious countries and introduce their values and religious beliefs on these people.
Maybe coz i'm a Buddhist, that's why i'm even more defensive when they speak of going to Buddhist countries such as Nepal and Tibet!!!!
Anyway i have no intention to insult or criticize Christianity but i certainly do not condone the way they go about spreading their religion.
